Polaris Holding Company Ltd. was formed on 28 March 2011 to enable the more orderly management of subsidiary firms and strategic investments that were prior to restructuring subsidiaries/assets of the freight handling company Stevedoring Services Ltd. The restructuring has also allowed for the future diversification of business through development or acquisition giving the opportunity for growth in other areas.
